The project was created to achieve a combination of an active, cosy, and vibrant renaissance for the residential apartment. We aimed our design to blend the perfect harmony between the apartment’s utility and the surrounding environment.
The view-worthy two-bedroom apartment faces the intersection of the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange with views of the Kotoka International Airport, The Polo Club & Accra Mall flanging it westward, the Villagio Primavera, Villagio and Kwarleyz Residence providing a northern view and The Evergreen Palms Garden Center, Deloitte Ghana & Tullow Ghana Limited taking up the eastern portion of the view to complete an impeccable 180 degrees view.
The Signature Apartments provides a pool, spa, 24/7 security, gym, and restaurant for residents. The apartment was furnished with bespoke items with brands from Spain, Italy, Germany, the U.K., Lebanon & Ghana. This luxury apartment seeks to celebrate togetherness and collaboration. It provides occupants with the tools to live and enjoy Accra.
Living area – Warm, inviting & cosy. These were the intentions of the main area. It came out nicely as envisioned.
Kitchen Area – The need to balance spaces, functionality, and aesthetics is often challenging. We decided to give this kitchen a facelift with a marble island not too noisy & not too cluster-phobic. This complemented the installed cabinetry and appliances in the L-shaped kitchen. The space galvanized well to give an elegant feel to this apartment.
Bedroom – A sweet-scented fragranced resting abode with views of the city that exudes comfort and rest while flanged by a modern designed spacious bathroom to complete the whole flow of the unit.
