Its composition relies on strong linear forms, softened by the interplay of natural materials and curated landscaping. The timber louvres on the façade not only add sculptural depth but also serve a climatic purpose — filtering light, providing shade, and ensuring privacy without compromising openness. The seamless glass expanses invite natural light into the interiors, blurring boundaries between indoor living and the lush green outdoors.

Every design gesture at The Beacon is intentional. The wide terraces and full-height glazing frame panoramic views, while creating spaces that feel both expansive and intimate. The landscape is woven into the architecture, with greenery forming a living buffer that enhances comfort and sustainability. The carefully layered circulation — from the welcoming approach to the fluid progression of internal spaces — ensures both grandeur and liveability.
